Welcome to LiveSober. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LiveSober mobile application ("App"), operated by Jonathan L.M ("we," "our," "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

User Content and Data
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (e.g., journal entries, notes). Most of your data is stored locally on your device.
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use certain information as described in our Privacy Policy to provide App features (such as personalized task generation).
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for data loss or corruption.
Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party APIs or services (e.g., for generating personalized tasks). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms within the App and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
